Fat, queer, non-white, kinky, and intersectionality resources?

Hey, y’all.

My best friend is going through a Master’s program in therapy right now, and they’ve been tasked with bringing in additional resources around areas that they feel are underserved.  My best friend—a skinny, white, Jewish, gay dude—wants to bring in some resources around size issues.  I’m the first to admit that I’m not the very best person to ask, but hey, guess what?  YOU all are!

I already sent him NOLOSE, Fatshionista, and Fat!So?, but I know there’s more.  He’s interested in websites, communities, books, videos, etc.  Whatever you got, leave it in a comment and I’ll pass it along.

Incidentally, he’s also interested in brining in some good materials around other issues that he doesn’t think are getting discussed enough: queer, feminist, kinky, race, etc., and he’d also like to introduce some intersectionality into the mix.  So…got good resources?  Comment here, and I’ll send them to him.

And THANKS in advance.

As a side note: my best friend kinda rocks. :)

He *totally* rocks.

For size-acceptance stuff with a strong feminist bent, I spend time on Kate Harding’s Shapely Prose: http://kateharding.net/ Kate’s the co-author of the book Lessons From the Fat-O-Sphere.

Other intersectionality-aware places that my RSS reader takes me to are:
